Charles Russell, watercolor

Charles M. Russell (1864-1926). Al Malison. 6" x 4 ¾" watercolor. Inscribed: Al Malison killed by a falling horse while cutting out on the Mirias range. With a copy of a letter of authenticity from Frederick G. Renner dated May 26, 1980.

Hand written note verso: The following pages are a portion of a letter written and illustrated by my good friend Chas. M. Russell in July 1901. H. T. Duckett, Tustin, California.  Literature: Illustrated in Good Medicine (1929 Garden City Publishing Company, page 140 and also in Charles M. Russell, The Collection of Fred A. Rosenstock, number 41.
